Monday - Wed, April 20-23rd

Monday, Frankie was very excited to go to From the Heart when I picked him up. We had some time to kill so we played on the ball court, then went and got a chocolate milk at the gas station (something Frankie really likes to do - we do this once a week) before heading South. We were still a bit early so we went to the nursery down to street to look at at the flamingos and buy some hibiscus food - really nice herbs there by the way that put Home Depot to shame (not any more expensive either). As you saw, he bought the 3d glasses and dog card and was entranced with it. He had a great session with Janelle and made very sure he was saying his SSSSS sound properly the rest of the night. We went to HEB to pick up some chicken and frozen peas (which Frankie seem obsessed with eating) for dinner and a mylar balloon, had dinner, planted some basil seeds and catnip, played outside in the yard (catch, soccer) and took a bath.

Tuesday, we had dinner (chicken with cheese, more peas, corn and brown rice), played and went to sleep. Before he went to sleep, he said his stomach hurt and took some TUMS. The puking began at 11pm and went on to 5am.

Wednesday = sick day. Stayed at home except for picking up a prescription at Target...played games, did art project, read books, puked, slept. Got him to eat some mac n' cheese and crackers before going to bed. Loves the new game we bought with the leaves and honey bees - we played three times all the way through. I find he may protest a bit at first when I am trying to keep him directed, but gradually forgets to fight me and enjoys himself. I also let him vacuum the floor and he liked that.
